Team Members

Gareth has experience in both Welsh and English Medium Education. Gareth is passionate about the Welsh Language and leads a lot of our work developing Welsh standards across the school.

Claire is an experienced Foundation Phase teacher and also leads Language, Literacy and Communication. She has a track record of excellence and an intricate understanding of the Foundation Phase.

Ross leads curriculum design and professional learning at Johnston. He has a particular interest in the teaching of Mathematics and Numeracy.

Caitlin is currently studying for her Masters in Education and has developed her knowledge in key areas of teaching and learning. Caitlin has developed a strong reputation as an excellent teacher and has taught from Reception to Year Six.

Caroline has unrivalled expertise in additional learning needs education.
She has worked at numerous schools in Pembrokeshire and she leads our LRC classes.

An experienced HLTA, Ceris decided to enrol on the Open University PGCE course. Ceris has experience in a number of different schools in Pembrokeshire working across a large age range.
